Levi Johnston is hitting the gym — not to win back his baby’s momma, Bristol Palin, but rather to get ready for his centerfold.
While we all were praying that Johnston would fall off the media blitz, he came back again Wednesday after months of speculation to announce he would pose for Playgirl.
Although the date of the photo shoot hasn’t been set, Johnston has been working out three hours a day six days a week with former Mr. Alaska competitor Marvin Jones. Johnston is modifying his diet with a low-carb, high-protein regimen at Jones’ advice.
Johnston has been able to reset the fame clock at least one other time in recent weeks: He’s appearing in a commercial for Wonderful Pistachios where a voiceover tells viewers, “Now Levi Johnston does it with protection.”
That 15 minutes really can’t get here fast enough, can it?
