In response to an email from a Texas college student wanting to set up a branch of Colbert’s Super PAC at his school, comedian Stephen Colbert unveiled his latest ploy to get more people involved with his campaign: the Colbert Super PAC “Super Fun Pack,” which includes “all the necessary legal documents to creat your own super PAC,” a “simple instruction manual” and an allen wrench (just in case you mix those instructions with your IKEA assembly manual). According to Colbert, “All you need is a burning desire for civic engagement and $99.”
