– Chief Justice John Roberts making observations on social media over the weekend at the Fourth Circuit Appeals Court Annual conference. Roberts isn’t quite right, according to Tweet Watch’s Justice 2.0 blog. In April, Roberts’ colleague Justice Stephen Breyer fessed up to having “a tweeting thing,” which he signed up for in 2010 to check out the uprising in Iran. He also alluded to having a private Facebook account to keep tabs on his kids.
