Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., was spotted at one of her usual breakfast spots, Thursday morning, Bistro Bis on Capitol Hill, but she was there with an unusual dining companion–comedian Chevy Chase. Chase was in town with wife Jayni for the National Wildlife Federation 75th anniversary gala.
