Actor Owen Wilson was spotted zipping past Mixtec in Adams Morgan Thursday morning. His mode of transportation? A folding bike, we’re told. This is the second time this week we’ve heard about the “How Do You Know” star being out and about in Washington. On Monday, Wilson had dinner with a female companion at Oyamel in Penn Quarter. “How Do You Know,” the film that Wilson shot here last year, premieres Dec. 17.Meanwhile, on Wednesday night, second lady Jill Biden along with three of her female friends were seen having dinner at Cork Restaurant & Wine Bar on 14th Street. A Yeas & Nays spy tells us she and her gal pals had a reservation and ordered the charcuterie, trout salad, avocado bruschetta, chicken, french fries, cheese and, of course, wine.
