This weekend the famously striped-shirted (and hard-to-find) Where’s Waldo character has given us a clue about his whereabouts — he’s going to be popping near Georgetown Cupcake.
On Saturday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. a man dressed as Waldo will hang out in line, help out in the kitchen and run around the store. Since turning 21 in 2008, Waldo has been spotted in the front row of New York Fashion Week, among runners at the New York City Marathon and on red carpets including the MTV Movie Award, Waldo’s rep told Yeas & Nays.
In the spirit of his special visit to Washington, “D.C. Cupcakes” stars Katherine Kallinis and Sophie LaMontagne will be making Waldo-themed cupcakes to sell at the store.
