Audible gunshots can be heard as well as a rush of people fleeing from an exit.
Bodies appear to be on the ground, whether those victims are injured or dead is unclear from the video.
Further one person can be seen trying to escape from a second-story window only to be pulled back up into the building by another person.
The French language newspaper Le Monde is publishing the video, apparently taken by witness from an upper floor of a nearby building.
