Coming in second this year is Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., whose assets (minus liabilities) equal $220.4 million, and third is Sen. John Kerry with a balance of $193.07 million — more than twice the $81.63 million that Sen. Jay Rockefeller, D-WV, has on the books.
