Under siege over his account of a class award he received in his undergraduate days, Ben Carson took to social media to provide new documents, attempting to rebuff a story in the Wall Street Journal.
Carson took to his Facebook page today to provide a link to this syllabus. The Wall Street Journal report asserts that there was no class by that name when Carson attended Yale.

In his 1990s memoir Gifted Hands, Carson said he was named the most “honest” student in class called Perceptions 301 after being the only student to pass a character-based final exam, and had his picture taken in the Yale Daily News.
“Allow me also to do the research for the Wall Street Journal reporter. Here is a syllabus for the class you claim never existed. Still waiting on the apology,” Carson said.
Carson also provided a picture of a newspaper article describing a situation similar to what he said he encountered in this class.
Details of the story continue to seep out, and Carson said on CBS’ “Face The Nation” Sunday that he would provide more information this week.
