Journalist Laura Ling, kept in North Korea for five months before being freed by Bill Clinton, figured out a nice way to pay homage to the former prez.
She gave her new daughter his name. Sort of.
Ling and hubby, Iain Clayton, welcomed Li Jefferson Clayton into the world Wednesday evening, according to People magazine. Jefferson is Clinton’s middle name and Li is short for Lisa, named for Ling’s sister.
