First lady Michelle Obama has now joined the millions of other Twitter users on the network, sending her very first tweet this week — right before the very the first pitch at Game One of the World Series. She sent it through the White House’s official Twitter account, and kept the post centered on military families and their contribution to the country, writing, “Military families serve our nation too. Let’s all show our appreciation by #JoiningForces with them. Get involved: http://JoiningForces.gov -mo.” The White House blog even posted a video of her reviewing her post, saying “So this is how you … tweet?”
