There’s generally an abundance of 20-somethings who are willing to wear matching t-shirts and play kickball on the National Mall, but this spring season, the World Adult Kickball Association is upping up the ante. WAKA is entering those who sign up to play kickball in a raffle to see Charlie Sheen when the actor comes to D.A.R. Constitution Hall on April 19. Additional tickets will be raffled off at WAKA’s “Get Leid with WAKA Spring Bash” taking place at Kelly’s Irish Times on April 9.
