In a winning decision, Charlie Sheen has decided to bring his Violent Torpedo of Truth tour to D.C. April 19. The show, which will be at D.A.R. Constitution Hall, is just one stop on Sheen’s journey around the country. Tickets go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m.
