Ex-porn star Ginger Lee told reporters at a press conference in New York Wednesday that her relationship with embattled Rep. Anthony Weiner, D-N.Y., wasn’t quite … reciprocal.
“I did not sext Anthony Weiner,” Lee said in a statement. “I did not send photos to him or receive photos from him. Any time he would take conversations in a sexual direction, I would not reciprocate.”
Lee is one several women that Weiner has admitted to sending sexually explicit messages and pictures online. Lee’s lawyer has said that her client and Weiner exchanged about 100 emails from March until just two weeks ago.
Shortly after the scandal broke, Lee said that she emailed Weiner to ask his advice, and “[he] asked me to lie about our communication.” Lee went on to say she thinks the congressman should resign, “because he lied to the public and the press for more than a week,” she said.
