The White House Correspondents Dinner guest lists are pretty much set, and among the expected A-list celebs (George Clooney, Reese Witherspoon) are some real head-scratchers. Goldie Hawn is coming with CNN’s Piers Morgan? AFP is bringing the “Mythbusters” guys?

Several news orgs opted for random writers over celebs, including the Atlantic (“Sex and the City” writer Darren Star) and NPR (“The Help” author Kathryn Stockett).
The Washington Times, of course, takes the cake for unexpected guests: Uggie, the dog from “The Artist,” will be a guest of the paper. Arf.
