Thanks to construction delays, chef Mike Isabella‘s team doesn’t know exactly when his second restaurant, Bandolero, will open its doors. But, no matter. Isabella’s business partner Jonathan Umbel is letting the “Top Chef: All Stars” contestant and Graffiato owner borrow the Cleveland Park location of Tackle Box to preview Bandolero’s menu once more.
In February, Isabella hosted a pop-up preview at Living Social’s new event headquarters at 918 F Street and served Mexican classics like tacos, enchiladas and margaritas, with a twist. Now, on limited nights from April 19 through May 4, folks can come to Tackle Box and be served a five-course meal, with reservations exclusively available through CityEats.com.
