Actor Rob Lowe, who has been in town since this weekend working on some hush-hush film project, ate lunch Monday at Founding Farmers. The “West Wing” alum was joined by three guests and sat on the first floor, ordering the brown butter sage popcorn for an appetizer. Lowe tried the slow-simmered chili and sipped on a house made grapefruit soda. The “Parks and Recreation” cast member had also ordered take-out from Founding Farmers on Sunday, placing an order for 20 people.
