TomKat’s Washington weekend

With Katie Holmes in town to perform at the National Memorial Day Concert this weekend, she and hubby Tom Cruise made an entire weekend out of it.

Cruise and his son Connor (from his previous marriage to Nicole Kidman) toured the Holocaust Museum Saturday with Redskins owner Dan Snyder and his wife, Tanya. (You had to think Cruise would be treated pretty well after playing a would-be assassin of Hitler in “Valkyrie.”)

Then the family had dinner at Snyder’s Potomac home. The Redskins owner is an investor in Cruise’s production company.

TomKat and kids stayed at the Willard over the weekend, and were spotted using the garage entrance to ward off the cameras and autograph seekers.

Also appearing at the concert this weekend: Laurence Fishburne, Dianne Wiest, “American Idol” star Katharine McPhee, Trace Adkins  and Broadway stars Brian Stokes Mitchell and Colm Wilkinson.

Among the cast, McPhee was also spotted out around town. She dined at I Ricci on Thursday night.
