He hasn’t been in the presidential race for long, but Donald Trump is dominating Google search.
The real estate mogul and 2016 Republican presidential candidate is the most searched-for hopeful in all but three states since June 10, according to newly released Google data.
Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker was the most searched-for candidate in his home state, while Vermont searched its own Sen. Bernie Sanders the most and New Hampshire was searching for Democratic nominee frontrunner Hillary Clinton. But everywhere else, Trump is the winner.
The Trump-related searches include:
— Is Donald Trump a Republican? (Well, he is seeking the Republican presidential nomination.)
— How old is Donald Trump? (69.)
— Is Donald Trump running for President in 2016? (See the response to the first question.)
— What is Donald Trump’s net worth? (He says he is worth almost $9 billion, though other estimates say that is quite the exaggeration.)
— Who is Donald Trump? (“Let me google that for you.”)
Searches for Trump ballooned Tuesday around 11:30 a.m., when he made his presidential aspirations official.
Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush also launched his presidential campaign this week, though no states were Google searching him quite like they were Trump. The volume of searches for Bush during his announcement Monday were well below searches for Trump during his, the data shows.
Immigration, same-sex marriage, education, taxes and the economy were the most searched for policy issues, Google said.
