Tatiana Boncompagni, a graduate of Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service who once wrote for the Legal Times in D.C., is now a writer for Vogue and a membrer of Manhattan’s elite circle of socialites. On Friday, she’ll appear at Urban Chic in Bethesda to sign her new book, “Gilding Lily,” a chick-lit novel based in Manhattan.
