With the endorsement of former Gov. Sarah Palin, R-Alaska, Donald Trump is hoping he can peel enough conservative support away from Ted Cruz to score a win in Iowa. Now, Cruz’s 2013 speech before the Conservative Political Action Conference could haunt him — the one where he said Palin, “can pick winners.”
