New York City is expected to see some heavy gridlock Thursday, as President Obama and teen pop star Justin Bieber are both scheduled to attend events that day. NY Daily News columnist ‘Gridlock Sam’ reports that Obama is scheduled to arrive in New York City at approximately 5 p.m., where he’ll be attending two fundraising events, one with entertainer Whoopi Goldberg and the other with contributors from the gay community. Meanwhile, Bieber’s attending an afternoon launch event for his new fragrance, ‘Someday,’ at Macy’s Herald Square, where hundreds have already been camping out to get a whiff of the Canadian star.
