Former “Hardball” executive producer (and party planner) Tammy Haddad and current “Meet the Press” executive producer Betsy Fischer teamed up Tuesday to say cheers to one of D.C.’s PR rockstars, Kelley McCormick, now a partner and COO of Gibraltar Associates. Fischer gushed about McCormick’s gig, saying Gibraltar had snatched “the best person in Washington” for the job. McCormick had charmed a broad swath of the District, with guests coming from most media organizations, the White House, non-profits and other PR firms. The luncheon took place at the Jefferson Hotel.
