President Obama’s director of speechwriting Jon Favreau spent a portion of Wednesday night dining at Lincoln Restaurant with former White House press secretary Robert Gibbs. The twosome sat in the “Lincoln Chair,” the large booth reminiscent of President Lincoln’s seat at the memorial. They ordered tomato risotto and calamari fries and drank the Honest Abe’s Moonshine, a cocktail that contains white whiskey, fresh lemon and orange bitters.
