Sanders still ahead, but Clinton’s winning undecideds

Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders will enter the New Hampshire’s primary at a steady 53 percent, nine points higher than the Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton, according to the American Research Group’s final poll before Tuesday.

Clinton, at 44 percent, has gained three points overnight. She has climbed back to the mid-forties since going down to 38 percent at the beginning of February, the Feb. 7-8 poll found.

The Vermont senator’s supporters have increased since December, as more people cotton to the message of the socialist Democrat’s campaign.

The former secretary of state has peeled away half of the 6 percent who had said over the weekend they were still undecided. Polling strongly indicates Sanders is still likely to win among Granite State voters.

A non-victory by Clinton could be incentive for the Clinton campaign to shakeup its staff, as a Democratic source hinted at earlier Monday.
