The pepperoni sauce is coming! The pepperoni sauce is coming! The highly anticipated first restaurant from “Top Chef: All Stars” finalist Mike Isabella will finally open this week. Graffiato, located in Chinatown, will open Thursday.
Isabella’s menu consists of Italian small plates, artisanal wood-oven pizzas, meats and cheeses. There will be fresh-stretched mozzarella, locally cured hams (there’s even a “ham bar” on the second floor) and, of course, Isabella’s pepperoni sauce, which he concocted on the finale episode of “Top Chef: All Stars.” The sauce will be spread over chicken thighs.
