The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria released Saturday a video showing another reported beheading of a Westerner.
David Haines, a 44-year-old British aid worker, was kidnapped in 2013.
The masked Islamic State spokesman threatens to kill another British civilian if British Prime Minister David Cameron persists in fighting the Islamic State.
Cameron posted a response to the video on Twitter soon after.
“The murder of David Haines is an act of pure evil. My heart goes out to his family who have shown extraordinary courage and fortitude,” he said.
