Democratic leaders in Congress received a brief uptick in popularity thanks to the health care reform package, but now their numbers are back down again, according to Rasmussen’s most recent look at congressional favorability ratings. And while Nancy Pelosi seems to be beating her peers in popularity, she provokes the strongest reaction in likely voters, holding the highest unfavorable rating as well, at 57 percent.
