Perino, heading out on the town Friday night, tweeted excitedly that she would like to get “varded” (she meant carded, quickly fixing her tweet). “Taking license just in case!” the baby-faced and petite former George W. Bush staffer typed excitedly. Several hours later, Perino, who turned 39 last month, reported that she, unfortunately, looked age-appropriate. “Sadly, I was not varded nor carded. But now I’ll ready for a long night’s sleep!” she wrote.
