Speaker of the House Paul Ryan ordered flags at the U.S. Capitol to be lowered to half-staff as a nod to the victims of Friday night’s terrorist attacks in Paris that left 128 dead and at least 350 injured.
In a statement released Sunday morning Ryan said, “Out of respect and solidarity, I have ordered that flags at the Capitol be flown at half-staff in honor of the victims of the Paris attacks.”
