Ryan made the announcement Monday morning on Twitter.
Ryan was in the news in recent days for multiple clashes with Trump administration officials.
She was profiled by the New York Times on Friday after a now-infamous back-and-forth with White House press secretary Sean Spicer, who during a briefing last week asked Ryan to “please stop shaking your head.”
