Republican frontrunner Mitt Romney says he won’t be filling out a college basketball tournament bracket this time around — most likely because he’ll be too busy. “I’m not plugged in well enough this year to do that,” he told reporters traveling with him in Missouri on Tuesday. As for Obama’s picks, his sports crystal ball has been spotty. Last year, President Obama’s men’s bracket ranked 746,086 overall, and he failed to predict any of the Final Four teams in the previous two years — but he nailed North Carolina as the the national championship winner in 2009. This year, the president’s Final Four is Kentucky, Ohio State, Missouri and North Carolina.
