When “Vince” talks, people listen.
During inauguration festivities last week, Adrian Grenier of “Entourage” fame dined at IndeBleu with his band, The Honey Brothers, who played a gig at the 9:30 Club on inauguration night. During his visit, Grenier asked for a spicy cayenne pepper drink. The bartender pointed him in the direction of their four-chili-infused tequila.
Next step: He asked for a cranberry cocktail using that tequila. So the bar muddled cranberries, sugar, and lime, then added the chili tequila, triple sec, cranberry juice and a splash of sprite, and served it up in a martini glass.
When the staff asked him what the drink should be called, Grenier replied “The Honey Brothers.”
Voila! An new addition to the IndeBleu cocktail menu is born, and it can now be yours for $13.
