For disappointed “Jersey Shore” fans who weren’t able to catch Pauly D when he stopped by McFadden’s last week, there’s no need to be upset. The bordering-on-overexposed disc jockey from Rhode Island will be hitting up the Shadow Room on K Street on Feb. 12.
While the show irritated New Jersey lawmakers and Italian-American groups, it captivated just about everyone else, including some big names in media. Journos Brian Williams and Ana Marie Cox have both conceded to watching it (Cox even Tweeted, after the demise of her employer Air America Radio, that she was drunk, unemployed and watching Thursday’s finale) and NBC White House Correspondent Chuck Todd has been joking around for days about asking Snooki to be his date for the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner.
