Godfather of go-go Chuck Brown celebrated his 74th birthday Saturday night at the 9:30 Club. Our Yeas & Nays spy tells us D.C. Council member Kwame Brown and mayoral candidate Vincent Gray were getting their go-go groove on at the party. Gray was wearing an all-white suit. Boxing manager Rock Newman and former D.C. first lady Cora Masters Barry also were among the guests.
