“You better work” at being in Washington on June 14 if you hope to see the world’s most famous drag queen. That’s right, RuPaul is coming to the capital this summer to headline this year’s D.C. Gay Pride Festival.
The “Supermodel” singer already seems to have sampled a bit of Washington in his own life, so seems only appropriate he finally make a trip out here. His holiday card this year showed him dressed up as both President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama, and he has a reality show called “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” the same name as Washington’s annual Halloween race through Dupont Circle.
