Acting West Virginia Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin, D, was seen dining at The Prime Rib on K Street Monday night. A Yeas & Nays spy tells us he was there with a dinner party of nine. Tomblin ordered the standard prime rib, mashed potatoes and the creamed spinach.
