Florida Sen. Marco Rubio will team up with New Hampshire Senate candidate Scott Brown this week.
The two Republicans will focus on President Obama’s policy in the Middle East and incumbent Democratic Sen. Jeanne Shaheen’s support for such policy, according to the New Hampshire Journal.
Rubio, a possible 2016 candidate, will join Brown in Derry at midday Tuesday.
The event will be with veterans for a discussion to discuss Shaheen’s “support for President Obama’s withdrawal of our troops from Iraq, which has led to the condition we find ourselves in today. They will contract their views with the views of Obama and Shaheen,” according to a Brown adviser.
The Granite State holds the first presidential primary election in the nation.
Of the 10 potential 2016 GOP presidential candidates, Rubio sits in seventh place, according to a RealClearPolitics average of polls.
