Former first daughter Chelsea Clinton was spotted Sunday afternoon checking out the Emerge Art Fair at the Capitol Skyline Hotel. Clinton was sporting a trenchcoat and was looking at exhibits with an older couple around 3:30 p.m., a Yeas & Nays spy told us. In the last month, Bill and Hillary Clinton‘s only child has put on a more public face, launching a Facebook fan page and interviewing her mother at the Clinton Global Initiative last week in New York City. She’s even returning to the District next month to help toast the Shakespeare Theatre Company’s artistic director Michael Kahn. She plans to give a speech at the company’s black-tie gala on Oct. 17.
