FamousDC’s Web site was down for hours Monday after becoming, well … too famous.
“The site has been fluctuating all day after tens of thousands of viewers flocked from the Drudge Report and Fark. We owe Matt Drudge a beer,” the folks of FamousDC (who never reveal their identities) told Yeas & Nays.
What was so must-see? The D.C. blog posted a picture of President Obama’s speechwriter Jon Favreau and White House assistant press secretary Tommy Vietor playing a game of beer pong, shirtless, at Georgetown’s Old Glory.
