That’s Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, making an odd couple along with R&B artist Usher Raymond IV. Usher was in town Wednesday night to help the Points of Light Institute honor Hatch and Sen. Edward Kennedy, D-Mass., for their dedication to national service. This week, President Obama signed into law the Edward M. Kennedy Serve America Act.
