Even before Graffiato’s Mike Isabella competed on “Top Chef: All Stars” the local cheftestant has discussed getting a book deal. Now, five months later, the “Top Chef” runner-up has sealed that deal.
Isabella, according to the Washington Business Journal, will pen a cookbook entitled “Flavors from a Jersey Italian,” for fall 2012. (We’re hoping he’ll get Snooki on board as a taste tester). Inspired by his upbringing, Isabella’s book will focus on Mediterranean and Italian recipes.
