Republican front-runner Donald Trump, campaigning Monday in Wisconsin, made fun of his GOP rival Ted Cruz’s well-known speech style.
“Cruz gets up, he says, ‘I’m the only one,'” Trump said, mimicking the dramatic pauses Cruz frequently inserts throughout his speeches. “I wish he could just talk normally every once in a while. You ever hear this? ‘I’m the only one that has proven that I can beat Donald Trump.'”
Cruz is expected to beat Trump in Wisconsin, which could strongly increase the odds of an open Republican National Convention in July.
