Biden writes first book

Second lady and former English teacher Jill Biden has decided to pen her first children’s book. Titled “Don’t Forget, Nana, God Bless Our Troops,” the story is told from her granddaughter, Natalie’s, point of view and is a tribute to our armed forces, according to the Associated Press. “I really feel that you write your best about what you know best,” Biden, who is military mother herself, told the AP. “That’s what I teach to my students, so I thought using my own experience would have a little more meaning and a little more heart to it.” The book is expected to be published this June by Simon & Schuster.
