Sen. Marco Rubio fired off a series of tweets late Tuesday evening faulting President Obama’s leadership for allowing North Korea to expand and test its nuclear arsenal.
The tirade came on the heels of reports that North Korea had successfully tested a hydrogen bomb.

Rubio, like other Republicans running for president, has tried repeatedly to tie former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to the most unpopular aspects of Obama’s foreign policy.
