State Rep. James Talarico lobbied the Biden administration to create a federally funded corps of abortionists and to convert federal buildings into abortion clinics in Texas.

Talarico called women “our neighbors with uteruses,” and said that there are six sexes. He argued during a legislative hearing that “denying a child’s gender identity” — that is, insisting your son is actually a boy — “is abusive for sure.” He said white people, simply by being white in public, spread the virus of racism.
