Everyone is worried about cybersecurity–but people are still surprisingly terrible at protecting their own privacy.
To make the point, Kimmel’s staff took to Hollywood Boulevard to ask people for their internet passwords. At least one guy straight-up told them his password, letter for letter. But even worse were the ones who inadvertently gave it to them:
“What’s one of your online passwords currently?”
“It is my dog’s name and the year I graduated from high school.”
“Oh what kind of dog do you have?”
“Chihuahua.”
“And what’s its name?”
…you get where this is going.
“Oh yeah—now you know my password…”
