Rand Paul is starting the primary fight on Twitter.
The Kentucky senator, who is expected to make a bid for president in 2016, trolled former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney on Twitter Thursday as the two were privately meeting in Utah.
Both Bush and Romney are likely presidential foes of Paul in the GOP field, and both support the Common Core education standards that are opposed by many in the Republican party.
The trolling began with a teaser.
Word is there will be a gift exchange between Jeb Bush and Mitt Romney at their meeting today in Utah.

And then came the pictures (and spelling mistake … which was ultimately corrected). The tweet below was deleted, but not as an act of “frienship.”
Lay off. It was a common core post. We don’t have to spell it right! pic.twitter.com/ZC3oWjkUXi

Ooh, is that from Tiffany?!

Perhaps Paul thinks his trolling will scare Bush and Romney out of the race.
