President Barack Obama’s 53rd birthday served as more than just fodder for lame Democrat-themed birthday cards Monday night.
Jimmy Fallon used part of his opening monologue to ponder Obama’s birthday wish.
“Obama blew out his candles and made a wish, but when he opened his eyes he was still president,” Fallon joked. “‘Almost got out!'”
Fallon also brought up recent allegations against Vice President Joe Biden.
“The Secret Service is releasing a tell-all book and they say a lot of the agents try to avoid protecting the vice president because he frequently goes skinny dipping,” Fallon said. “The worst part is that is just at the fountain at the mall. ‘Sir, it says to put your pennies in there, not your…you’re reading it wrong.'”
