A couple of teenage girls in Palatka, Florida thought it be fun to dress up like Republican nominee Donald Trump and his proposed border wall for their homecoming week, but social justice warriors and liberals were outraged and responded by threatening the pair.
According to Orlando News 6, police officers were called to Palatka High School on Tuesday after Cassidy Cushman posted a photo on her Facebook page dressed up as Trump and her friend, Shelby McClellan, as the wall.
Social justice warriors on Facebook freaked over their costumes and began sending the two death threats and filled her page with racial hate with many fellow black students making baseless accusations that Trump’s wall would be used to keep blacks out.
The local police department announced that they would send more deputies to monitor the school and make sure the situation calmed down.
Cushman posted on her Facebook that she was grateful for the outpouring of support. Cushman’s mother came out with a statement to Orlando News 6 that the two girls never intended to hurt anyone’s feelings.
